SOFTWARE AFFECTED: Pick & Send
BACKGROUND:
As a result of user customer feedback and also as part of the ongoing improvement program within Ablaze Software Pick & Send version 10.1.1 will be released on the evening of Tuesday 18 May 2010
CHANGES:
Reports: a new "Stock to Put Away" report will be available from the Reports list. This will allow users to continue put stock away if the PDA goes down. The report will tell what to put away and where to put the item. To register the Put Away in Pick & Send you use the Bin Transfer feature available from the Stock menu.
Sales Orders Editor: This will now populate the Delivery Address from the last one entered for that customer.
Receipt Entry: This screen now has a "Copy from Order" feature for convenience. This is a button immediately above the line table. Clicking the button pre-populates the table from the order that is being receipted. This is useful if the receipted items are not vastly different from what was ordered, allowing for swift data entry thus saving time.
Pick Entry Screen: Enhancements to the Pick Entry screen – The changes now allows users to search by SKU code as well as line number.
Behind the Scenes: Various behind-the-scenes reporting system enhancements have been incorporated.
DATABASES
No databases within Pick & Send are changed as a result of this release.
