P&S SOFTWARE 10.1.2 UPGRADE FEATURES
The following minor bugs have been rectified:
- (RM7) Error handling has been improved on a number of reports, including the Pick Entry Sheet and the Stocktake Count Sheet.
- (RM16) Sales Orders Editor now handles customer ship-to addresses properly; auto-populates with the most frequently used address when a customer is selected.
- (RM19) Sales Orders that are saved without a customer now show up in the Sales Orders List. Previously, saving a Sales Order without a Customer would result in the order not being shown on the Sales Orders List.
- (RM20) Sales Orders that are saved but have not been released for picking can now be edited. Previously, trying to edit an unreleased sales order would bring up an error message.
- (RM21) Scrollbars are now visible on the Sales- and Purchase Order editors.
- (RM24) Lists such as the Sales Orders List and Products List are now sorted alphabetically by code, then by name. (the Sales Orders List is sorted in descending order to show the latest sales orders at the top, for convenience).
- (RM25) When entering an address into the Ship To Field of the Sales Orders editor, entering an unusually long address on a single line no longer causes that field to resize and push other items off-screen.
New Features:
- (RM15) Two new Stocktake Rules, "Count by Level" and "Count by Row" have been added under the "Count Where" rules list. They function in the same way as the existing "Count by Aisle" row, except that they filter the locations to count in by Level and by Row, respectively. It is now possible to perform stocktakes that are filtered down to only one particular level in one particular aisle, for example, or across one particular level across the entire warehouse - useful if your bulk store locations are on the top shelves.
- (RM26) A Stock History Report has been added, allowing you to see a complete history of a particular SKU's movements through your warehouse across a given date range. This report is available from the "Reports" tab.
